Love Wonderful Love: Why Do You Love Jesus? | Good Friday Sermon

Jesus' true mission was not to bring political liberation or material prosperity, but to save people from their sins and reconcile them with God. Many, like Peter, Nicodemus, and the rich young ruler, approached Jesus with limited or misguided expectations, but He always addressed the deeper spiritual need first. The sermon emphasizes that the good news of the Gospel is not worldly success but forgiveness, freedom from sin, and eternal life through Christ’s sacrifice. Ultimately, Jesus came not to condemn but to save, calling us to follow Him with sincere hearts and undivided devotion.
