You will receive power from on high when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. Without Him we can do nothing. So we require Him, His power, His authority, and the leading of His Holy Spirit  in order to fulfill to accomplish everything that He has destined for us to do. It is impossible to fulfill it without him.
