In this episode, you'll meet the youngest pitmaster in the BBQ industry, oh and by the way, she's a young lady!! Perfect timing for Women's Heritage Month don't you think!  She started her BBQ career at 17  and only 3 short years later she's cranking out some of the best Barbecue in the State, thanks to Valentina's owners Miguel and Modesty Vidal.  To hear this young lady's passion and love for Barbecue is amazing.  She's definitely one to watch.  I hope you enjoy the show.
