Part 1 - Neville James engages with WTJX's CEO Tanya-Marie Singh as she introduces WTJX's new Chief Reporter Thomas Eader.  Neville then engages with the National Weather Service to discuss the current weather in the Virgin Islands.  He is then joined by Attorney Casey Payton, Executive Director of the VI Justice Initiative, as she discusses her testimony before the legislature and their Champions of Advocacy Reception in St. Thomas.
