For a lot of people these days, confidence isn't something that comes naturally to us, does this does this mean we'll forever walk the planet without an ounce of inner self belief?! We don't think so, confidence is without a doubt a trait that can be trained and developed almost infinitely. We can develop confidence in all manor of circumstances, such as your confidence cooking a particular dish for your friends and family, having that difficult conversation with your boss, or even having next level personal belief in being able to achieve something new!
