Taxpayers will pay for counter terrorism measures – Clune

The cost of increased counter terrorism measures will inevitably be borne by European taxpayers. So says the Fine Gael MEP Deirdre Clune. She was speaking in the European Parliament where MEPs have this morning been debating the recent terrorist attacks in Paris.
