E64 - A New Board and NINE Swearing Ins

The first board meeting of a new board there was a lot to do! We welcomed Trustee Robin Meier back to the board, celebrated several promotions at the Fire Department, installed several commissioners, and met our new Police Department comfort dog - Millie. On top of all that it's also the beginning of the new fiscal year so lots of contracts are up for renewal and payment.
