We get a question of to what extent dehydration and vitamin D deficiency causes trouble sleeping. I believe the former can cause sleep disruption but not chronic insomnia and the latter most likely is not a culprit. Wondering if they cause insomnia on the other hand can cause a lot of sleepless nights.
