We are told so often that our one answer is just on the medical side, and while sometimes that can greatly help us, it’s often not enough. We have to be making steps in our own lifestyles, we have to take steps to a healthier version of ourselves.
I also dive into the effects of birth control, and how we need to detox from it, once we come off it and are ready to try to conceive. It can affect our hormones greatly and no two of us are the same when it comes to how exactly it affects us.
