Do you workout consistently but still experience pain? Hygienists tell me daily that they workout to: prevent injury, have longevity in their career, and overall in their daily life. However, I find that hygienists aren’t doing the appropriate workouts to actually support these goals. If you workout regularly and still have pain, this is a major red flag that what you have been doing is not benefiting you. You need to train smart, not hard.
