Proposals to remove the blasphemy clause from the Irish constitution have been welcomed by the Vice-President of the European Parliament, Mairead Mc Guinness.
Speaking to Irish Journalist Eamonn Torsney, the Midlands North-West MEP, says the move would be helpful to Ireland internationally.
