Morning Report 14 Jan 20: Wall St rallies ahead of earnings & trade

US sharemarkets rose on Monday. Investors await key earnings reports from major banks on Tuesday and the US-China Phase 1 trade agreement to be signed on Wednesday. Technology stocks doing best with around an hour of trade remaining.
