Colonial Connections has allowed our university community to experience the connections between our programs, students, staff, and local partners. Our guests for this episode of Colonial Connections are an example of crossing all of these lines and borders. Drs. Jessica Kamerer and Betsy Guimond are working with Nursing students on an international partnership. They are leading the students as they develop and present prenatal care orientations for expectant mothers in Uganda. The students are experiencing and learning while helping to educate the expectant mothers. Colonial Connections is a Podcast from the School of Nursing, Education, and Human Studies at Robert Morris University and is hosted by the Dean, Dr. Mark Meyers.
