Maybe you had a bad meeting, a bad fiscal quarter, or something (someone) prompted you to think: "that’s it!" While it’s tempting to quit, there can be benefits to staying at your current job instead of looking for a new job right now. Today I talk about how staying (at least for a period of time) can work for you. Note: this is not “settling!” This is examining the root cause of your dissatisfaction and ensuring you have exhausted all options, and gotten the most out of your current job, before taking a leap.
