- Environment - Assess your external environment. What is feeling off? What can be moved around?
What can I shift so I am feeling better?
What externally doesn’t feel right?
- Emotions - Going from outside IN. What inside am I feeling? How can I disassociate by not declaring I AM my emotions but I am feeling my emotions?
How are you feeling?
What caused those feelings?
How can you honor how you are feeling without judging it?
- Eagerness - Marrying the external with the internal.
What can you do to feel alive again?
What can you do to create flow and ease?
Going for a walk?
Dance?
Take shower? Take a nap?
Disconnecting from technology?
Give yourself permission to be the observer in your life vs being the absorber who is in the head and not trusting her body and intuition.
Drop IN and start shifting.
