Wake Up TriCounties RaeAnn Tucker COVID19 Update 09022021

RaeAnn Tucker from the Henry and Stark County Health Department joined Wake Up Tri-Counties on WKEI with the latest on the increasing number of COVID-19 cases in Henry and Stark County. Last week saw more than 180 new cases of COVID-19 between the two counties. The Delta Variant continues to be highly transmissible and the leading cause of the continuing spread. As you head to Hog Days this weekend do heed the call to wear a mask especially if you are in a crowded area. Your best bet is still to get vaccinated which you can do anytime during regular business hours at the Henry and Stark County Health Department First Choice Clinic in Kewanee.
