In a ToT exclusive, we welcome a Knight of the United Kingdom to the show.  That is, Sir Bernard Edder.  Bernard, in addition to having been a Barrister, Queen’s Counsel, and senior Judge in England is also a judge on the Singapore International Commercial Court and is a living encyclopedia of maritime and international arbitration law.

In this week’s episode he discusses, the life of being a judge, the current and future impact for the Singapore Intl. Commercial Court, and Why England’s “Ship Arrest” Law is WRONG.
