Vacation is all you’ve ever wanted, but how do you ask for it? I've seen a lot of memes and TikToks recently about PTO. A lot of them are to the effect of: "Me working on my day off to show my boss how dedicated I am."

I laugh because it's relatable. But WHY is it relatable?
