Rep. Joshua Watkins on the Session, Explaining the Vetoes, and KDP Reorganization

We welcomed Rep. Joshua Watkins of Louisville to talk to us about his first legislative session this week. He explained his process of trying to improve bad legislation, how the session met his expectations, and his hopes for the future.
