Take your hands and touch your finger tips together so you a ball. And in that ball, you are going to add in ALL of your business and career benefits. Everything you bring to your clients. All of the value and solutions right here into this ball. Then, we are going to throw that ball into the air… woosh. Now, they are floating above us like Mikey TV in willie wonka And… what are you left with? Sometimes people say… nothing. The real answer is YOU! Which is both the most powerful and terrifying thing to be left with. AND… this is really the secret to unlocking everything that you’d love… So... want to stand out and attract clients you love? YOU need to be more like YOU! And so… we are going to make a list of 20 things that make you a uniquely awesome human. Some of you will have no problem coming up with 20 things, most of you may get a little stuck, so I’m going to give you an acronym to help you out. It’s the word SAVE… You may think the word SAVE has 4 letters, but it actually has 5. I can’t spell so I spell my acronyms wrong so that you don’t get offended by my bad spelling… I have other super powers. So S. A. A. V. E. First… S. your Skill sets. The things you are naturally gifted at. A. Appearance A. Activities, things you love doing separate from your career or business. V. Your values, what do you stand for? What do you stand against? Two values that I weave into everything that I do in my business, Kindness, and Joy. we stand for joy as a fierce form of activism. E. This one is a little silly, it’s things you like to EAT. If you are using Linkedin or Facebook, I encourage you to try this one. Get out your phones, head to either linkedin or facebook and write these 5 words. Brussels Sprouts yes or no. I’m telling you, for YEARS this has been a way to instantly unlock social media engagement. AND… it’s not only social media… it’s SOCIAL SOCIAL Like, this question is a great conversation starter! So... why Brussles Sprouts? I love them! And, some people REALLY don't like them. If you can find a food the you either looove or hate it creates a stickiness. You will stay top of mind. From here on out… when you see brussels sprouts, there’s a good chance you will think back to this episode. Friends often send me photos of their sprouts, or recipes. I’ve had 4 people send me the same dish towel in the mail that said “Every day I’m BRUSSLIN” Ok, so once you’ve made this list… Your skill sets, your appearance, your activities, values, and the things you like to eat. You are going to look at that list, and then gently tap your fingers on your chest. While you do this… hum a little so you start to feel the vibration of your own voice… And move your shoulders a bit - when I’m coaching my clients, we call this “the money dance.” But this unlocks more than money. It unlocks the possibility of YOU. So as you move forward into your life, business… tap into that list of things that make you awesome. We call this the Quesadilla of Awesome because everyone has something that makes them uniquely awesome… even if it’s just that you make an amazing quesadilla. The best part of this… is once you start to unlock your own Quesadilla of Awesome, you start to spot the Quesadilla of Awesome in others. In a world that is moving at a faster and faster pace… especially with the dawn of AI and Automation… So often we get wrapped up with the Algorithm. But, we forget about the HUMANITHM. Not only does this help you to be more confident and sure footed as you move forward in your career and business… it unlocks your HUMAN-ness and that is truly the only differentiator.
