Director Fleming details some of his office’s initiatives, including the existing Net Energy Billing Program, the GVI Fleet Management Plan and the upcoming Residential Energy Monitoring Pilot Program, as well as some of the other public and private efforts that are moving the territory to greater energy efficiency and source diversification.
