No matter where you are on your journey in life I bet you have been at place you wished your relationship with money would be different.
That it would be easier to come by, that it would multiply faster, that it would made you feel safe, at ease and that you wouldn’t have to ever worry to have enough of it.
First step to heal any relationship, or to make it even better is to check in with yourself and be honest about where you are right now.
How are you feeling about money?
What is your relationship with money? Is it making you feel good and at ease or is it bringing up anxiety, stress, and hoping it will somehow always be there even when you neglect it, talk bad about it, and treating is as your enemy vs best friend?
Second is to go deeper on your past stories.
You probably already went over what you heard about money when you were growing up.
Money doesn’t grow on trees (which actually, as paper, it does ), money is root of all evil, it is hard to come by, etc. You probably discovered what stories you heard.
Now, what did you believe and what actions you took as result of these stories?
You get to dig deeper. See how you are using and treating money and WHY. What is the believe why you are treating the way you are treating it.
Next, for any relationship you get to work you get to nurture it. You get to make it work for both of you.
That’s why I do weekly dates with money. Candles, nice clothes, incense, crystals, oils, yummy snacks, relaxing music, my journal and my computer.
