Carnivlal Day starts today this year at St. Stanislaus Kostka and hopefully it will be started okay, due to clouds gathering in the sky around Chicago today. WIth Producer Nick doing good and he had breakfast with his mother, who is on vacation due to the school year ending for the summer, that leads to talking about what everyone had for breakfast too. Also, Father Anthony talks about the recent activity regarding Pro-life actions taking place, with some very serious results. Producer Nick also points out more good things, how the Chicago Blackhawks won game 1 last night, allowing everyone to keep track as they get going to the Stanley Cup again. This also leads to talking about Bruce Jenner's recent transformation into Caitlyn Jenner and how things in society are changed and how he had the "courage" to do this, as well as to give an idea of why. This also brings to mind how things change for not only this, but how the media responds, with new TV show's, new news, and other things, including celebrity Joan Rivers, who by the way, went through many, many plastic surgeries. With all this in mind, Father Anthony asks the question of "What are we telling ourselves?" with Bruce becoming Caitlyn and more. Father Anthony shares how the Church feels on this, how it's disorder in our society and with all this, that God will help us too. Father Anthony also expresses for us to remind ourselves of who we are and understand that things are rough or stressful, but our Faith and belief in God will help us, as well as society.
