In this episode, Maria speaks with Eview Group’s Head of Human Resources and Recruitment, Julie Anderson, about her 5 step process and strategy to recruit the right people for the right job at the right time.

A key tenet of Julie Anderson’s process is “the best predictor of future behaviour is past behaviour” and this is uncovered throughout the 5 stage process. She explains the importance of requesting cover letters attached to resumes to formulate an understanding of the applicants written communication skills and the ability to follow instructions well before the face to face interview.
