Laura Matsue has studied a wide range of modalities ranging between Western psychology and Eastern spirituality. She is a teacher of yoga, meditation, a psychospiritual coach, and an astrologer. She has studied various spiritual and psychotherapeutic modalities, including Compassionate Inquiry, Internal Family Systems, Tibetan Buddhism, Evolutionary astrology, somatic psychology, and is a big fan of combining depth psychology with esoteric spirituality.
