The Hillarious, forthright and thoughtful KJ joins the Maddams-cast this month - some very interesting chat takes shape

KJ has swerved form manic Cafe to Busy Bakery via lockdown and determination. A true creative and very passionate Chef turned "baker in training" she brings some serious thoughts to the Pod in a very casual way.

KJ chose a novel called "A year in the valley of Eternity" as her book about food ( I can only find it for sale on Amazon) She would drink a crisp cold white wine and she has nominated the Brilliant Ghillie Basan, who I will get on the show, but who is too busy just now......
