This book explores how different countries have different cultures and maps their relativity across 8 scales to help us "decode how people think, lead and get things done". We apply the learnings to our own experiences of working across The Netherlands, The UK and Poland (major shout-out to our teams!), having a few ah-ha moments on the way which we hope will help spark a few for you as well!
