God’s Two Laws of Pardon

In Acts 8 where where the preaching of the Gospel to the Samaritans is recorded, we are introduced to God's two laws of pardon. There is God’s law of pardon for the alien sinner (Acts 8:5-12). There is God’s law of pardon for the erring Christian (Acts 8:13–24). It is important to recognize both and properly apply them as needed. Both are essential. They are not interchangeable––each is applicable only to certain individuals. Both have been and are subjected to abuse. Let's see what the Bible says about God's laws of pardon.
