Interview - Matt Carthy Discusses Concerns Over Recently Announced CAP Reform Plans

Sinn Fein MEP Matt Carthy discusses concerns over recently announced CAP reforms and in particular concerns over an upper limit to direct payments to farmers. 

The Midlands North-West MEP told Irish Journalist, Eamonn Torsne, that he does not believe the limits proposed in the post-2020 plans will be effective.
