End the Silence • Stigma and Shame surrounding suicide, ideation and mental health.

 

"Starting with elementary school age children to teach them that not every thought in your head is real, true nor do you have to act on the thought. 

 

We must normalize the conversation to make it easier for you to voice your angst and be able to ask for help. reaching out to another human being must become the norm." -Elaine
