Due to scheduling complications and due to Father Koys being away today, this is a prerecorded show and will officially air tomorrow, March 22nd, 2017. Thank you.
Father Koys is here on this Wednesday and he has much to share with us. To start off, he begins with talking about the Sunday Gospel Reading that went on for Mass, The Reading of the Woman at the Well. Thomas Jefferson and John Adams words are also on Father Koys mind from letters they wrote. As previously stated, Father Koys shares the Gospel Reading of The Woman at the Well with all to hear, not only in case you missed it at Mass on Sunday, but also brings to mind interesting facts behind it, however he focuses on the idea of vindication here. After the first break, Father Koys goes futher into this discussion by raising some points and attitudes surrounding moral issues, which he’s mentioned before, as well as other aspects. The next focus of the show is on the history in 1820, back to the Civil War Era Father Koys loves to explore and look into and research. Here, as talked about before, he focuses on how it seems that people are forgetting what it means to be an American or at least becoming an American, but here Father Koys focuses on talking about “The American God” here, as well as discussing again, America’s Founding Fathers.
