Kaylee is joined by Anshuman Mondal, Professor of Modern Literature at the University of East Anglia, to continue the conversation about the need to 'decolonise the discipline' of English Literature in the classroom. Anshuman talks about how the fundamental structure of our education system has been shaped by colonialism, and why we need to have an open and frank conversation to challenge how we currently teach literature in the classroom so that our students learn about a wide variety of histories and voices.
