Elizabeth experienced addiction to prescribed opiate and benzodiazepine medication for 32 years, which began due to chronic physical pain. She’s healed from over 40 years of chronic pain, including anxiety and panic attacks.

Elizabeth now focuses on helping people realize the power of their inherent healing.
