A researcher, business owner, and often described as a force of nature, April Bell loves to solve problems. While helping Fortune 500 companies innovate new products and services for almost two decades, she observed the impact of empathy on user experiences throughout the innovation journey and was inspired to write her first book. Her mission is to provide tools to ignite creativity, build stronger connections, and inspire others through empathy and self-discovery. April Bell’s own fire is lit when she is reading, snuggling with her daughter, or finds her way onto a boat
