Mid-Session 26 Mar 19: Market stabilises following yesterday’s losses

The local sharemarket is treading water in the opening hours of trade following a sharp decline yesterday on global growth fears. The ASX 200 is steady around 6,125 on choppy trade with energy, consumer discretionary and financials the main laggards while materials and property trusts are outperforming.
