The steps include: journaling to clear stress and become aware; setting intentions for the next few days; starting your morning with affirmations before checking your phone; doing activations/affirmation tracks or a short meditation (including legs-up-the-wall) with gratitude; wearing a cute outfit and getting ready to embody your desired state; moving your body and making your bed a no-scroll zone; and being selective about music, social media, and who you talk to by muting/unfollowing what lowers your vibe.
