On this episode we chat with Jeremy and Paul of Lucius Fox. In a very informal poll on Facebook, I’d asked “What band should I get on Fans With Bands?” and the winner was Lucius Fox. After delving into their latest release called Red Giant, I knew I had to talk with them soon. Their music is ultra progressve and deeply fascinating with plenty of heaviness and an overall aura of “Wow”. We had a lot of great conversations with the fans adding some excellent questions that got us into the songwriting process for Lucius Fox as well as riff naming (Boi). We learned that apparently Paul hates metal singing which is why Lucius Fox is instrumental only. Our chat included going around the horn with everyone’s current playlists (see list of links below). As usual, we touched on our favorite topics such as first albums and of course pizza.
