Today, I’m thrilled to sit down with Dr. Jennifer Adair—a visionary working to make advanced healthcare accessible for all. Beyond her incredible science, Jen is creating a legacy of compassion, determination, and a world where cutting-edge treatment reaches everyone who needs it. 

At 19, she had her first child while in college, balancing academics and parenting with the help of welfare programs. Inspired by her mother’s perseverance in finishing her own degree, she completed her studies, often bringing her kids to class. She later had two more children (one adopted) and established a gene therapy workshop for youth. In 2022, she climbed to Everest base camp in honor of her father and to raise funds for cancer research. She has also contributed to conservation efforts in Uganda, given a TED talk on her 40th birthday, holds four patents, and launched her own company in 2020.
