Tyler started his professional career in finance before getting into mobile home park investing in 2018. He bought a park in Florida in 2018 and met his business partner in Jason Postill at the end of 2018. They bought 2 parks in Arkansas in 2020 after multiple failed attempts to buy parks in Florida and the Midwest. They now own 16 parks in Arkansas with a total unit count of 697 units.
