She is a magical practitioner/voodoo priestess with training in several traditions, including Celtic, Afro-Caribbean (Santeria and Vodun), and Native American spiritualties. She has a degree in anthropology from the University of Rhode Island and an MFA from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.
