Woo Woo Update: What Happened when I Listened to my Intuition

I read the books, I listen to the podcasts, I do the affirmations. But I still struggle to get fully on the "Woo Woo" train.

I grew up in a very practical family. Logic beat out feelings every time. This ingrained a distrust in my intuition. I really struggle to listen and honour my gut feelings.

But something happened recently that nudged me to trust myself on a deeper level.
