- we don't manifest from our thoughts.

- a focus on positive thinking reinforces toxic positivity and spiritual bypassing.

- white supremacist capitalist patriarchy has us distrustful of our emotions and our bodies (taught to value mind/logic above everything.)

- emotions are sacred signals.

- emotions are energy.

- we live in an energetic universe.

- we are finely attuned to other mammal’s emotions for survival.

- we know a lot of things without knowing that we know or how we know.

- we respond to what we feel before we have a chance to employ logic.

- the body never lies.

- magick is just science we don't understand yet.

- the work of manifesting is less about positive thinking and more about reintegrating the world of the body, the emotions, and the senses, in order to heal emotional wounds, trauma, and the nervous system in order to create an environment that is capable of receiving what we want.

- if we are operating from excessive/toxic masculinity and struggle to receive help/support/favor in life it's hard to trust spirit/god/the universe/the unseen world to support you. there's healing to be done here.

- how we feel becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy, no matter what we're saying.

- why sensual gets used interchangeably with sexual but that ain't it.

- why you need to reclaim your access to your sensual world to start seeing your manifestations move.

- probably a bunch of other shit.
