A new Air Ambulance with call sign Helimed 79 has been unveiled and is due to begin work in Aberdeen in 2019 operating from one of Scotland's 4 Major Trauma Centres.  The helicopter is operated by Scotland's Charity Air Ambulance 

Wood PLC has pledged to take part in the Sleep in the Park event in December 8th.  The event is to raise awareness about homelessness in Scotland It is run by Social Bite

A supported living service for homeless people - some with mental health problems operated by Penumbra has been Awarded "Excellent" rating by the watchdog Care Inspectorate.

Bridge of Don Remembers is a group of 9 schools and 3 churches based in the area.  All 9 schools have been busy preparing art installations commemorating those who gave their lives during WW1 with other activities.
