COVID 19: What Does the Stay-at-Home Order Mean?

An executive order from the governor has ordered 40 million Californians to Stay-At-Home. Governor Gavin Newsom issued the decision on Thursday, March 19, 2020. Now, many are wondering what exactly does "Stay-at-Home" order mean? Are we prisoners in our homes? If we go out to grab a burger will we be in "trouble?"
