All the excitement, and policy discussions, and campaigning, and ad hominem attacks, and debate avoidance, and exhaustion, comes down to this. Forgoing our usually Thursday afternoon show, Open Sources Guelph is going live to air Thursday night for all the election results! From CFRU election headquarters, where our magic wall is using dry erase markers on an actual wall, we are ready to bring you all action from the epic conclusion of the 2018 provincial campaign!
This Thursday, June 7, at 8 pm, Scotty Hertz, Adam A. Donaldson and the Election Night news team will discuss:
Ontario Election: Infinity War. Why “Infinity War”? Well, we’ve gone through a lot of storylines to get here, there’s a cast of thousands, and the outcome is very much in the air and will likely be subject to endless debate afterwards! When the polls close, the CFRU election team will keep you up-to-date on what’s happening in all the major races, and especially what’s happening in the Guelph race, where there’s a very good chance that history will be made. We know Kathleen Wynne is out of the running, and she even admitted it, but are we going to be saying Premier-Election Horwath or Premier-Elect Ford on next Thursday’s show? We’ll stay up with you until we know for sure…
***Programming Note: Open Sources Guelph will return to its regularly scheduled time next week.
Open Sources is live on CFRU 93.3 fm and cfru.ca at 5 pm on Thursday.
