Not long ago we reached out to Banker's Trust, the "home-town bank" of Des Moines and Tim Kintner the Executive Vice President for Consumer, Private and Regional Banking Markets.  Tim recently accepted that position moving from Cedar Rapids and we wanted to know more about the banking business...from a person who has spent a career in the business.
