"Ax" & "Smash" dominated the WWE tag team division in the late 1980s and early 1990s. They were originally formed by Randy Colley of the Moondogs. Demolition was almost an instant hit, and slowly became fan favorites, despite their evil heel characters. At the pinnacle of tag team wrestling, Demolition was one of the biggest standouts in the history of the wrestling business.
