We are covering Mary Bell this episode and what makes her so infamous! She strangled two young boys in the West End of Newcastle upon Tyne. She was convicted in December 1968 of the manslaughter of Martin Brown (aged 4) and Brian Howe (aged 3). Now here is the kicker. She was only 11 years old when she committed the murders!
