Is there a balance between Positive Morality and Critical Morality?

The moral fabric of the West is currently in a state of limbo. Many people, thanks to the rise of social media, participate in critical morality, the questioning of existing moral customs and standards, instead of accepting the existing moral standards as social fact, or positive morality.
