Jackie Friedman, the new chair of the American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA), talks with James Shillinglaw of Insider Travel Report at last week's ASTA Global Convention in San Juan, Puerto Rico, about her long and active support of ASTA and what she hopes to accomplish during her two-year term.
